I got a bit over exited yesterday in pruning myself and filled my driveway with branches, I looked a hiring a chipper($450 + $300 deliver/takeaway as I don't have a tow bar on my car. AND THEN all my blood sweat and tears),  I called one guy who couldn't possibly come until next week and put 3 on line inquiries in to get them chipped up and removed. 1 never answered at all, the other I called and the lady on the phone told me someone would get back to me.... I never heard a whisper and 3 Was Pakenham Tree.

Jason got back to me promptly, made a time for 9am the next day, he was there on the dot, gave a fair quote and even had the guys out before originally stated. It's a shame we live in a society that a "good" job is hard to come by(on time, fair quote, job done as promised by the time promised) But I thats why we should support businesses like this.

The crew of four arrived on time, worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to make considered cuts rather than just hacking branches off, and they cleaned everything up afterwards.

Communication was great throughout the whole process, and the difference it’s made is incredible. You can finally see the house again, there’s so much more natural light, and I’ve got peace of mind knowing the tree is safe.
